Services Provided

Xydris provides high-end digital architecture and engagement services, including but not limited to custom application development, website development, ad creative concepts, and campaign adaptation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and hybrid pricing models (project-based or retainer) will be outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) signed by both parties.

User Representations

By using the Site or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration and project information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms.
  • You will not use the Site or our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a specific SOW, Xydris retains all intellectual property rights to pre-existing code, proprietary frameworks, and internal methodologies used during development.

  • Custom Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, the client is granted exclusive rights to the final customized visual designs, ad creatives, and compiled applications as specified in the project contract.
  • Agency Rights: Xydris reserves the right to use non-confidential elements of completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Xydris, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of our site or the deployment of software and applications developed by us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Xydris and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
