Upon full payment for our services, Xydris grants you the exclusive rights to the final deliverables, including custom code, app binaries, and visual designs, as stipulated in your specific project contract. Xydris retains all rights to pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, and open-source materials utilized during the development process.
4. IT Staff Augmentation Engagements
When utilizing our IT Staff Augmentation services, Xydris will provide seasoned developers, designers, or project managers to integrate seamlessly with your internal workflows. While these professionals operate under your day-to-day direction, they remain employees or contracted resources of Xydris. Clients agree not to directly solicit or hire Xydris personnel without prior written consent and potential placement fees.
5. Payment & Billing Terms
Payment terms, milestone schedules, and invoicing details will be clearly defined in your individual project proposal or service agreement. Xydris reserves the right to suspend development, halt marketing campaigns, or pause IT augmentation services if undisputed invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed-upon payment window.
6. Confidentiality & Data Security
Xydris frequently empowers specialized, highly regulated industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Cyber Security. We enforce strict procedural and electronic guidelines to protect your sensitive data and proprietary business logic. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during discovery, development, and deployment.
